Déjà is a warm and insightful host and interviewer. She does an excellent job at making speakers feel comfortable, enabling them to candidly share their varying opinions and smoothly transitions them from topic to topic.

She actively listens to speakers, which leads to excellent follow up questions and keeps the conversation well paced and interesting to watch. Déjà is always very prepared but is also able to respond quickly to changes and is highly collaborative when working with event producers.
